◆Cancellation policy

Upon cancellation of a reservation, the user will be charged a certain percentage of the total price (cancellation charge).
Please make sure before making a reservation.

【 Online lessons 】
100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes.

【Offline lesson】 We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date,
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 7 days or No show.
We will not refound after course lessons started.
We will not refund the amount for your absence.

◆How to contact about your cancel?

【Online lesson】
Let your teacher know your absence through “HandShake(chat system)”.

【Other lesson】
Contact us through e-mail.

◆Called off

If the lesson has been called off due to the discretion of the organizer,
we will announce through e-mail, handshake message or the Peatix message by the day before the lesson.

We will give a full refund. Teachers can cancel the lesson if attendees no-showed for 30minutes and we will not refound.

◆Refound

We can’t refund any cases about the online lesson. Other cases, it follows the Peatix system.
